There will be various headers that are included on blog posts. To help you understand what they mean here is a little guide. This page is subject to change as new headers might need to come into play. It will also serve as an announcement page for whenever the need arises.
A Press Sample is a package of promotional material provided free of charge by a company/brand to be used, tested and reviewed for feedback. All feedback received from me is my honest opinion and in no way swayed by receiving a free item. All press sample posts will be marked in the top right corner. In other social media posts press samples will have a disclaimer in the caption and/or marked with a hashtag.
A Discount Sample is very similar to a press sample. The only difference is instead of receiving the item for free, they are purchased at a discounted rate. All discount sample posts will be marked in the top right corner. In other social media posts discount samples will have a disclaimer in the caption and/or marked with a hashtag.
*No Disclaimer Header
If there is no disclaimer in the top right corner, that means all items were purchased at full price personally and were reviewed by me because of my love of polish.
All photos are taken by me using my Canon Rebel T5 DSLR camera using the stock (I hope to upgrade soon) 18-55mm lens. I use a macro attachment lens for macro shots. All photos are taken indoors using two daylight 5k lightbulbs unless otherwise noted. There are times for holos that I will take outdoor photos to show off the holographic pigment. For neon/blacklight reactive colors I use my LED gel lamp.
All swatches are using indie base and top coats. Brands may vary depending what I have in stock. I do not use a peel off base because I have not found one that works with my chemistry to pop off quickly and I can’t always get liquid latex to lay flat lol.
